Email To My Brother: A Holiday Tradition

 My brother's family has a holiday tradition.

     Every Christmas, they get together as a family and bake Christmas cookies to hand out to friends and family as gifts.

     He's cheap that way.

     Of course, I have to trash talk him about it.

You (talking to your wife):

"Sweetie, why don't we go upstairs and get frisky?"

Your Wife (talking to you):

"I've got a better idea, why don't we make Christmas cookies?"

You:

"Yay! Christmas cookies!"

The last Saturday before Christmas was busy.      By the time I got home it was dark. My wife was already in bed watching something on her tablet. I'd tell you what, but I've forgotten.    as featured in Desert Exposure Magazine RaisingDad by Jim and Henry Duchene I Retired For This? “yeah, I thought so”    My wife and I were cleaning our oakwood floors downstairs.      Wood floors need a good, old fashioned cleaning and waxing several times a year to keep it rich looking, and all that cleaning and waxing takes an awful lot of elbow grease. With the grease usually coming from  MY  elbow.
